Editing Assessments in Axio360

Editing and navigating assessments in Axio360 is straightforward. This article walks you through how to find, edit, and manage your assessments.

Locating Your Assessments

You can view all available assessments at https://360.axio.com/client/assess. This page will list assessments that you’ve either created or that have been shared with you.

• Use the filters at the top of the page to search by Name, Framework, or Tags.

• To open an assessment, click on its Name.

• This will take you to the Assessment Dashboard. From there, select Assessment Details to view the full assessment.

Navigating an Assessment

Once inside the assessment, you can use the side and top navigation panels to move directly between Domains and Objectives. This allows you to quickly jump to any section.

Responding to Practices

Each practice in the assessment includes an answer scale that allows you to indicate your organization’s current level of maturity or implementation.

• To respond, simply click on the option within the scale that best represents your organization’s current state.

• Your selection will be saved automatically and reflected in your overall assessment results.

Setting a Target

In addition to selecting a current response, you can also set a Target for a practice:

• Hold down SHIFT and select a response on the scale.

• You will then be prompted to set a Target Date for reaching that level.

  Additional Options at the Practice Level:

  • Flag – mark for further attention.

  • Alert – mark the practice as a Critical Task.

  • Chart – delegate the practice to another assessment.

  • Share – share the practice with another user in your tenant.

  • Star – award a half-point to this practice.

Side Panel Options

When viewing a practice, the side panel provides more options:

• Activity Tab

  • Target – manually toggle the target.

  • Action Items – add tasks to help achieve the target. You can include due dates, assign tasks, and add tags.

  • Notes – capture reasoning or context for your response.

• Evidence Tab

  • Add supporting evidence by entering:

    • Name of the document

    • Location (e.g., link or storage location)

    • Notes

  • Note: Axio360 does not host evidence directly in the platform.

• Help Tab

  • Reference help text uploaded to the framework.

  • Admins can manually add or update Help Text at the framework level.

Additional Functionality

More tools are available by clicking on the dropdown next to your name in the top-right corner:

• PowerPoint Report – generate a PowerPoint report of your assessment.

• Export… – export the full assessment to Excel for further analysis.
