In Axio360, owners and Admins can manage who has access to assessments and scenarios. This includes sharing or unsharing access for individual users, as well as deleting users entirely from the system.
Unsharing an Assessment
If you no longer want a user to access an assessment:
Open the assessment you want to manage.
Click on Sharing to view the list of users with access.
Locate the user you wish to remove and select Unshare.
The user’s name will no longer appear in the Sharing list, confirming their access has been revoked.
What happens when a user is unshared from an assessment:
The user will no longer be able to view or edit the assessment.
Any edits they made previously will still appear in the Activity Log.
The user can still log in to Axio360 and create new assessments, but they will not see existing assessments unless those are shared with them again.
Unsharing a Scenario
If you no longer want a user to access a scenario:
Open the collection containing the scenario.
Click on Sharing to view who currently has access.
Remove the user you wish to unshare the scenario with.
What happens when a user is unshared from a scenario:
The user will no longer have access to the scenario.
The user can still log in to Axio360 and create new scenarios, but they will not see any existing scenarios unless those are shared with them again.
Deleting a User
Admins have the ability to remove a user from the system entirely:
An Admin navigates to User Management.
Select the user to be deleted.
Confirm the deletion.
What happens when a user is deleted:
The user is fully removed from Axio360 and loses access to all assessments and scenarios.
Their email address cannot be used to create another account.
To reclaim the same email address for a new user, please contact support@axio.com.
