Axio360 makes it easy to manage access across assessments, CRQ scenarios, and other platform features. Below is an overview of the key roles, permissions, and how user management works.
User Roles: Admins vs. Users
Admins are designated by Axio and have full visibility and control over the company instance. Via User Tools, their capabilities include:

Managing user permissions

Viewing all assessments and users across the organization

Editing help text and configuring global settings

Assigning access to specific scenarios and assessments
- Enabling external sharing
Users fall into two categories:

Owners: Users who create an assessment or initiate a CRQ scenario. Owners have full edit and management rights for the resources they create.

Grantees: Users who are granted access to an existing assessment or scenario. Grantees may have either:

Read/Write Access: Can collaborate on and edit content

Read-Only Access: Can view content but cannot make changes
