In Axio360, Admin permissions can only be granted or revoked by the Axio Support team. This ensures that only authorized individuals control critical access within a tenant.
Granting Admin Access
To make an existing user an Admin in your tenant:

Confirm the user already has an Axio360 account
If they do not yet have an account, invite them to register with Axio360 at https://360.axio.com/auth/login/register

Have an existing Admin send a request to Axio Support
From the Admin’s email, write to support@axio.com.

Include the following information in your request:
The email address associated with their Axio360 account
The tenant name where they should be promoted

Axio Support will process the request
You will receive a confirmation once the role has been updated.
The user may need to log out and back in to see their new Admin permissions.
Revoking Admin Access
To remove Admin privileges from a user:

Have an existing Admin send a request to Axio Support
From the Admin’s email, write to support@axio.com.

Include the following information in your request:
The email address associated with their Axio360 account
The tenant name where they should be demoted

Axio Support will process the request
You will receive a confirmation once the role has been updated.
The user’s permissions will be reduced to a standard User role.
Important Notes
Only existing Admins can request changes to Admin access.
Axio Support does not accept Admin requests from non-Admins.
For security, all requests must be made using the Admin’s registered email address.
Changes typically take effect within one business day.
