How to Transfer Assessment Ownership

Ownership can only be transferred to individuals who have had the assessment shared with them first
- For assistance with sharing then please see the How to Share an Internal Assessment section
In order to transfer ownership please go to the assessment dashboard on the far left tool bar
- Please note that only Assessment owners can transfer ownership of their assessments

Select the assessment that needs to be transferred then select the group of people icon

See the Ownership and Sharing screen that will display the current access status for that assessment

Select the pencil icon on the individual that needs to have ownership transferred to them

Select "Make owner"

Hit save and the ownership will be transferred
