Restrictive Sharing in Axio360
Restrictive Sharing in Axio360 provides additional control over who can access a given assessment or scenario, allowing owners to limit visibility to only explicitly granted users. This functionality is especially useful for assessments or scenarios containing sensitive information.
How It Works
By default, assessments created in Axio360 are must be explicitly shared to any users within your organization’s licensed tenant for them to be viewed. This means that any registered user from your domain can view the resource only after read or write access has been granted.
With Restricted Sharing, a resource will only see the parts of the assessment that they have explicitly been granted access. Restricted sharing is available on the following levels:
- Domain/Function
- Objective/Category
- Practices/Subcategories
