In Axio360, you can easily collaborate with colleagues by sharing assessments. As the assessment Owner, you have full control over who can access your assessment and what level of permissions they have.
Who Can Share an Assessment?
Only the Owner of an assessment can manage sharing and permissions. Owners are typically the users who created the assessment or were assigned ownership.
How to Share an Assessment
-
Navigate to Your Assessment
From the left-hand navigation panel, select Assessments and open the assessment you'd like to share.
Click the “Share” Icon
At the bottom of the assessment, click the Share icon (person with a plus sign).
-
Add a Collaborator
In the pop-up window:-
Enter the email address of the person you’d like to share the assessment with.
-
Select their permission level:
-
Read Only: Can view the assessment but cannot make changes.
-
Read/Write: Can view, edit, and contribute to the assessment.
-
-
-
Click “Share”
Once you've added the user and selected their permission level, click Share to grant access.
The invited user will now have access to the assessment in their Axio360 dashboard.
Restricted Sharing
With Restricted Sharing, a resource will only see the parts of the assessment that they have explicitly been granted access. Restricted sharing is available on the following levels:
- Domain/Function
- Objective/Category
- Practices/Subcategories
Managing Permissions
You can return to the Share menu at any time to adjust permissions or remove a user’s access.
Sharing with External Users
You can share assessments with users outside your organization, so long as your Administrator has enabled "external sharing" in User Tools.
If you're unsure whether external sharing has been enabled for your organization, please contact support@axio.com to confirm.
