How do we register new users in the Axio360 platform?
Your Customer Success Manager will provide a link to the initial login page and walk you through the new user registration process.
If your organization would like to set up Single Sign-On (SSO), your Customer Success Manager can help facilitate that process.
Which video conferencing platforms do you support?
We can schedule meetings in Zoom or Microsoft Teams. If you prefer a different platform, you're welcome to schedule and host those sessions — our team will join using your tool.
Cyber Risk Quantification (CRQ)
What can we do to prepare before the engagement begins?
Complete and return the Quantification Prep document to the Professional Services team as early as possible.
Should we schedule a planning meeting before the official kickoff?
Yes — we recommend that your project sponsor meet with your Customer Success Manager and the Professional Services team to discuss the CRQ process and decide who should participate in the kickoff and workshops.
Who should we invite to the kickoff and CRQ workshops?
We'll discuss specifics with you on the planning call. In general:
- Kickoff: Invite all stakeholders so everyone understands the objectives and expected deliverables.
- Initial workshops: Start with the cybersecurity team, threat intel team, and primary participants for the cybersecurity tabletop exercise.
- Follow-on workshops: Schedule subject matter experts from legal, public relations, procurement, operations, and relevant business units as needed, so their time is focused on their specific areas of expertise.
Assessment
What happens at the kickoff call?
The kickoff call typically includes your Axio Sales representative, Customer Success Manager, and Professional Services team (if applicable to your engagement). This is an opportunity to align on the goals you want to accomplish with Axio and discuss how we can best support your team. You can also use this call to schedule recurring monthly check-in calls with your Customer Success Manager.
What happens at the onboarding call?
After kickoff, your Customer Success Manager will schedule an onboarding call to walk through how the Axio360 platform works. During this session, you'll get an overview of how to access and navigate your assessments, and if applicable, how to import any existing assessments. This is also where you'll confirm that the right users are enabled as admins in the platform.
If you have a facilitated engagement, the Professional Services team will lead the onboarding call.
What should the scope of our assessments look like across the organization?
Scope depends on your organization's structure and available security resources. We'll walk through best practices and lessons learned from similar engagements during the kickoff and onboarding calls.
Who should we invite to the kickoff and assessment workshops?
We'll provide recommendations during the kickoff. Participants vary based on the type of assessment and the specific domains or functions it covers — we'll tailor guidance to your situation.
