Produce board-ready reports and charts—all without manual setup
Prerequisites
Before using the Wizard, ensure you have:
-
An active Axio360 account with Quantification access

Completed or imported a control-based assessment (optional but recommended for refinement)
-
Basic financial context (e.g., cost per incident, revenue footprint)

Guided Workflow
Step 1: Provide Business Context
Answer questions about:
-
Review General Information for your organization size and revenue range
- (Optional) provide information on your retainer
Default parameters for scenario frequency and impact will be tailored based on these inputs.
Step 2: (Optional) Import Assessment Results
If you’ve completed a control-based assessment in Axio360, choose to import it. This allows the Wizard to:
-
Filter relevant scenario types
-
Adjust model assumptions based on control posture
Step 3: Review Recommended Scenarios
The Wizard will propose common incident scenarios (e.g. ransomware, data breach, system outage) with:
-
Pre-populated frequency (incidents per year)
-
Estimated impact ranges (e.g. cost per event, recovery expenses)
Toggle the slider bar to include the scenario in your collection.
Step 4: Customize Impact Parameters
Click into each scenario to customize:
-
Incident annual frequency
-
Minimum / maximum cost per incident
-
Recovery cost, detection delay, and other parameters
All underlying formulas are visible and editable.
Step 5: Generate Results
Once customized, click Calculate (or Next) to view:
-
Total expected annual loss per scenario
-
Aggregate minimum/maximum exposure
-
Visual charts and summary tables
Step 6: Export Reports
You can export your model as:
-
PDF or PowerPoint presentation
-
Downloadable data tables and charts
Perfect for sharing with executives, board members, or internal teams.
Best Practices
-
Start broad, then refine – Use the Wizard for a baseline, then customize with real data.
-
Leverage assessments – Import control-assessment results to improve the accuracy of scenario modeling.
-
Validate pre-filled values – Adjust default frequency or cost ranges to match company specifics.
-
Take advantage of visibility – Since formulas are editable, you can audit or justify model assumptions.
